Get to know me
I am Jean-Vincent Michel, a physiotherapist with an outstanding track record in the treatment and prevention of sports injuries. My experience includes eight years in London, where I led a team of over 20 therapists, and working in France and Georgia with elite athletes, particularly in professional rugby. This environment allowed me to hone my skills in the recovery of complex injuries and in improving sports performance.
Over the years, I have developed expertise in managing musculoskeletal disorders (shoulder pain, knee pain, etc.) and have a strong interest as a therapist and practitioner in endurance sports such as cycling and running. However, I am qualified to treat any condition, tailoring each treatment to my patients' individual needs.
Languages: Because discussing your pain in your native language is more comfortable, I am available to assist you in English, French, Spanish, and Catalan.
Continuous Training
Learning never stops in physiotherapy. I am constantly training to stay up to date with the most advanced, evidence-based techniques. This allows me to offer precise and effective treatments that make a real difference in my patients’ recovery.

- Expert Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy (Kinesport) (2012)

Manual therapy
Manual therapy is another of my key tools. Using specialized techniques, I mobilize joints, soft tissues and muscle structures to relieve pain, improve mobility and speed up my patients' recovery.

Exercise prescription
I firmly believe in the importance of movement for recovery. That's why I design personalized therapeutic exercise programs, tailored to each patient. These routines complement in-office treatments, helping to improve strength, flexibility and functionality, as well as preventing future injuries.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is one of the techniques I use to treat pain and muscle dysfunctions. This method involves inserting fine needles into specific points to release tension and improve muscle function, achieving fast and lasting results.
